Today I was looking for ways to debunk this myth, and found this great post on Eatcleandiet.comThe poster has some GREAT tips for ways to shop and plan your meals. I'm going to put some of these, ones I wasn't using before, to use this month and see how I do, I definitely think it can be done!

We get bountiful baskets. I love that it's so cheap and I get a lot of veggies and fruit, and because we get it every week it keeps me motivated to eat all that delish stuff before the next basket. You can't beat $15 for a whole lotta good, clean, healthy stuff.
ReplyDeleteI've heard of bountiful baskets before, but have no idea where to get them? Great idea!
DeleteCertainly you can spend less per calorie by buying processed foods. But that's the wrong way to think about it. A better way to think about it is to include food prices in your total health/wellness budget.
